Burrows Post 48, American Legion, Department of Nebraska was established in 1919 and named after William Burrowes.  Our post remains active to this day in civic activities, support for local charities, and is a strong supporter of Department Legion activities.

We are located on North 7th Street, Loup City Nebraska, directly West of the Sherman County Courthouse.

Our Post has a great club: including a meeting room, and a great covered picnic area with tables and space for
both serving and entertainment.
